Angle Defense was created by Name, an attorney with seven years of experience in the legal field, including six years working as a prosecutor. Throughout that time, the work extended beyond the courtroom - regularly involving coordination with police officers, social workers, probation professionals, counselors, and substance use service providers. This experience provided a broader understanding of how individuals move through both the justice system and the network of community-based support services.
In addition to courtroom experience, the work also included extensive training on constitutional protections, particularly in the context of criminal law, as well as ongoing education related to victim advocacy and support systems. These opportunities have shaped a practical understanding of both legal rights and the real-world challenges people face when trying to access help.
Angle Defense is built to bring that perspective into a single, accessible place. The goal is not to offer legal representation, but to help individuals better understand their rights and connect with trusted resources throughout the Milwaukee area.

Office Pet is the firm’s two-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier and an enthusiastic part of the office environment. Known for his boundless energy, lightning-fast zoomies, and powerful tail wag, he brings a sense of fun wherever he goes. When he’s not hoping for a treat or heading out for a walk, Bingo can usually be found curled up under a soft blanket—always happy to offer a friendly greeting and especially gentle with kids.
